Bartholomew Goals for 2008 1) Send three people to “Partners in Ministry” laity training program in 2008. The program takes three years to complete. Sending three people to “Partners in ministry training will be the first step in a larger goal of assisting three new people to begin the program every year. 2) Send youth on mission trip during 2008 and support them in fundraising for that goal. 3) Have 5 community ambassadors be visible at 3 community activities during the 2008 year. Ambassadors will wear matching apparel with our church name visible present. They will give away items and generally showing our churches love and hospitality in anyway possible. 4) Make youth center look like a youth center by allowing and assisting our youth to redecorate and transform the youth center into a place that feels warm and inviting for youth. 5) Have 12 family/tween activities throughout the year of 2008. These activities may be combined parents and tweens or there may be separate activities for parents and tweens going on at the same time.
